Our community ownership model

Sutton Community Farm is owned by over 400 community shareholders who help secure our future as a thriving community space.

We operate as a Community Benefit Society (CBS) – a type of co-operative that exists to serve and benefit the wider community.

Your investment makes a difference

By becoming a shareholder, you’re investing in local food security, sustainable farming, and a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. Each share costs £1, with investment options starting from £30. Investments larger than £100 are welcome– please contact us to discuss.
