Red Kuri Squash

Red Kuri Squashes are one of our favourites. Their skin is edible so very easy to prep. Their rich and nutty flavour is similar to the one of chestnuts. Soups, stews and risottos are delicious with them. Roasted with garlic, cumin and paprika is another delicious choice to enjoy them. The cooking opportunities are endless!
