
We love to grow and eat Rainbow Chard! Apart from being beautiful and colourful, rainbow chard is super delicious and versatile. You can cook it like spinach and you can eat the stalks too. They are crunchy and succulent. Chard is related to beetroots and its bitterness quickly transforms into sweetness when cooked. Pairs well with dairy, nutmeg, paprika, coriander, curry, thyme, black pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
