


Whole dried green peas retain their skin and hold their shape even after prolonged cooking. They have mild earthy flavour and absorb flavours well which makes them ideal for hearty dishes. Soak overnight, drain and rinse. Place in a pan with plenty of water, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes until tender. These beauties are grown in Camp Green Farm in Suffolk. 500g
