


We get our pasta from Carleschi - Britain's first artisan producer of dry pasta. They use traditional Italian methods and combine it with British great quality grains. Einkorn is an ancient unhybridised wheat which has a unique gluten structure making it easier to digest. Stoneground wholegrain einkorn pasta has a nutty taste with hints of honey, chamomile, vanilla and cinnamon. Safe for most gluten allergies. 400g.
